Can I get a physical sample before you produce my entire order?

Yes, this is called a pre-production proof. We recommend a pre-production proof for all large orders. We are happy to provide a pre-production proof free of charge for all orders over $5000.00. Please be advised that a pre-production proof often adds a few days to the production time.

Can I order a random sample of a product before I order?

Absolutely. Just find the item you would like and click on Order a Sample. We provide samples under $15.00 free of charge to all of our registered clients. Samples over $15.00 are available but are charged to your credit card. We are happy to deduct the cost of the sample from your order total. Please provide a UPS or FedEX number to cover the cost of shipping your item via ground or air.

Can products have more than one imprint color?

In most cases, products can be imprinted in several different colors and in some cases items can be imprinted in 4 color process. Typically, product prices include a one color imprint in one location on the item. Additional color imprints and imprint locations can be added to most items for a small charge depending on the product. We will advise you of any additional charges before processing your order.

Can shipping be expedited?

Yes. While we typically ship using UPS or FedEX ground service, we may also ship your products via 3 Day, 2 Day, Standard Overnight, Overnight AM Delivery and even Same Day Sonic Delivery if necessary.

Do you offer rush service?

Yes. While standard production is typically 7-10 working days, many products can be produced within 1-3 working days. Please see our list of Quick Ship Products on our home page. You may be surprised at how quickly we can get things done for you!

How can I be sure the product I choose will be imprinted correctly?

At Kelly Graphix Marketing, we are experts. We take great care in processing your order correctly and making sure you get exactly what you expect. In order to prevent confusion, all orders include a paper or digital art proof that shows the size and layout of your imprint. This process is the best way to make sure your imprint is perfect before your order goes into production. Depending on the product you ordered, we will either fax a black and white copy or email the digital proof for your approval.

How do I ask for help?

How do I pay for my order?

For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We will also accept your company check and company purchase orders from our registered clients. Please call for more information. All orders will be put into production immediately after payment arrangements have been completed.

How do I place an order?

Placing an order with Kelly Graphix Marketing is easy. Just find the item you want and select the buy now icon. Please provide as much detail as you can regarding quantity, item color, imprint color and the date you need the item. A member of our customer service team will always contact you to confirm your order for accuracy and answer any questions you might have.

How do I send my artwork to Kelly Graphix and Promotions?

Please send us your logo by using the upload artwork link on our home page.  Of course, you can also send your artwork to orders@KellyGraphix.com. 

How is my order shipped?

We ship your order directly from our factory to your door using UPS or FedEX ground service. Shipping costs are additional and is based on the weight, dimensions, address and the shipping method you select. In order to keep your shipping costs low, we will always ship your order by the most economical method available that will also ensure that your order arrives just in time. We can ship to all locations served by UPS and FedEX. Please note, UPS and FedEX does not ship to post office boxes.

How long does it take to produce my order?

Production time often differs depending on the item ordered. However, most products are manufactured within 7-10 working days after proof approval. For your convenience, we will provide you with an estimated ship date when we confirm your order. If you need your order to arrive to you by a specific date, please provide a firm in-hands date so we can determine the best way to produce and ship your order so it arrives just in time.

Should I register with Kelly Graphix Marketing?

Of course! By registering with us we are able to serve you better. You will be eligible to receive special offers and discounts that will help you get the most from your promotional advertising budget. Also, you will receive our regular newsletter with great new ideas to build your business.

What are your hours of operation?

Our Kelly Graphix Marketing website is open for you 24/7. Feel free to browse our products, request a quote, place an order, or send us your artwork anytime you choose. A customer service representative is available 7AM-5PM MST, Monday-Friday. What are your requirements on artwork?

We can work with all forms of artwork. The preferred format for artwork is EPS (Encapulated Postscript). These files typically have a .eps or .ai extension after the file name. EPS format files allow us to increase or decrease the size of your artwork without losing any resolution. If you do not have artwork in the preferred format, our artists can help. Just send us what you have and we will take care of the rest. We are happy to make minor modifications and touch ups free of charge.

What is a set up charge?

In order for us to take your logo and imprint it on a product we need to create a "screen" or "die" that has your imprint on it. To do this correctly takes time and expertise and is critical to making sure your imprint looks great. Set up charges vary depending on the product but can run anywhere from $20 to $50 per color per location. We will confirm all set up charges with you at the time of your order.

What is your privacy policy?

While we maintain all of your account information in our secure servers, we take special steps to protect your personal and order information. In addition, we will not share or sell any of your personal or business information with any other company. Period.
